fire drill happenned again today. i'd just had one yesterday. some think that the building works are the problem, cos of vibrations and smoke. but it could have been intentional, so the deputy head went round OUR year, looking for anyone who bunked that period when the alarm went off. if there is a fire tommorrow we're all gonna get killed.

so i thought that i was saved by the bell. i was in the middle of a french test and was trying to avoid eye contact with madame french so she wont choose me when the alarm went off. good i thought.

so i took my blazer, which would keep me reasonably warmer than the other people without blazers and went to the fields. all the mud was chured out and water-logged from yesterday so my shoes got constanty stuck. i could feel myself sinking into the mud while miss form tutor was doing the register. gotta say. i kinda like the sireny alarm noise. kinda calming the way that all the buildings emit the same sould, which isnt completely in time with each other, but sounds blended and cool.

so anyway, when i got back, i was one of the first people to get tested by her.

"qu'est ce que un beur?"

"a french arab"

"mais il est ne en france, non?"

"oui, thats what i meant by french..."

so anyways. i had an epithany last night as i was trying to get to sleep:

somus = sleep in latin, ambulare = to walk in latin, therefore somnambulist is a sleep walker. somehow i reached the conclusion that i should be doing latin instead of RS. i am sooooo troubled its not even funny.
