ahhh. it's nearly that time of the year again - Ben's Birthday. no, what am i saying? i meant Valentine's Day! Day of Love! Most Pointless Holiday of the Year!
Americans love it, and the school is no exception. months ago, we had to answer questions about ourselves so the boys and girls can be matched for compatibility. i bought my results yesterday.
right up there, 64% compatibility - david from French, The Idiot. i didn't know anyone else, but Laboni knew a freshman on my list. "WE'RE REALLY COMPATIBLE!" i said excitedly to the poor boy. he ran away, understandably. i have a feeling that he might not coming back to AstroClub.
Kristal is on the top of my list of "best friends". she sent me an email asking if i'll be free on saturday. of course! just to get back on Chess, my ex-Lersbain [sic] Lover. bitch, running off with Karen like that.
apparently there's also something with giving people Hearts on friday. i missed the explanation as SB was talking to me, so i tried to listen to both and didn't understand anything. i plan to eat mine, no matter what it's made of. why should i give anyone my heart, symbolistic as it is? if anything, i should be cutting it in half and sending the pieces to the Hales Bros.

i want to make a Valentine's CD full of silly love songs, like the Elephant Love Medley from Moulin Rouge! and Brighter than Sunshine and some Norah Jones. the stuff that gives you a stupid smile that you can't get rid of. oh, and the cynical Valentine's Day by RUTH, just because it's got the right title. suggestions? does anyone want a copy?
