just got back from Return of the King. turn back now or be spoiled.
fantasticness. it's definitely the best film of the trilogy.
you should go see it so i shan't talk about it here. too much.
Gimili is the king of one-liners. love him.
Eowyn is the queen of coolness. aw, and Merry!
Pippin can sing! Billy Boyd had a massive role in this one. love him.
i'd talk about it but i wouldn't do it justice. when the film ended, i wanted to see it again. after i emptied my bladder, because i foresee a future of kidney problems.
how often does the audience applaud a film? we did it so many times. some girls were like, "why did those people clap? they must have thought it was a real theatre." silly bints, it's not a theatre at all.
and i couldn't keep but blurt "he's not dead!" when Frodo pushed Gollum off some ledge and people cheered. i probably spoil it but my friends were with me. they've read the book.
fantasticness. i went with Arwen (Sara) and she had her pointly ears on. Galadriel (Jessica) had hers as well and Celeborn came. and lots of other people and it was great and the seats were big and comfortable and i sat through the whole thing despite drinking an icee. my reckoning was that it's ice and it's got air in between the bits of ice, so i'm actually drinking less.
ahhhhhhhhh. i cried muchly. it was good.
