abandoned pre-calculus homework to revise for physics test. i'm not failing it this time. don't care as long as i get a 70%. seem to understand everything very well. and remember everything, which is very important. it's equationville down at physicsland.
remember: parabolic orbit is when the satellite is lauched at escape velocity, hyperbolic is greater than escape velocity.
if it's a circular orbit, the gravitational force equals centripetal force.
