what's all this about self-restraint and going to bed at 11? all night surfing rocks!
it rocks! so does googling matt hales!
my legs hurt from my so-called excercising regime of 3 sets of 25 squats 4 times a week. and i've only dont 50 squats. and that was yesterday and i don't really know what they are.
sleep now. i heard it's good for you.
