it's getting easier and easier to stay up late to the point of earliness. sounds like a good thing.
saw Something's Gotta Give a few hours ago. it's very aesthically pleasing, for a film about old people falling in love. i agreed to watch it thinking a) Keanu Reeves and b) Amanda Peet. a and b are very pretty, but Diane Keaton is Gorgeous - that body and that hair. and Jack Nicholson is always the epitome of cool. he's got to stop making romantic comedies with vague and forgettable names, though. was it As Good As It Gets with Helen Hunt?
the overall feeling was a bit confused because it was going for Grown Up/This Is How it Really Is and Romance! Love! Paris and Snow! at the same time. still, i have Ma Vie en Rose in my head now, so it did something.
Matt Hales is my porn. especially the part where he takes off his glasses and moans "I'll put a spell on you" into the microphone in a duet with the glockenspiel. i assure you, the effect is very sexy.
