i feel my imminent mortality everytime we got near another car, which was all the time, because the bastard won't stop swerving around them. and don't get me started on Linkin Park. it's rhythmic chanting and shouting of twenty-somethings trapped in the myriad of emotions that is teenage angst. i'd much rather listen to 50 cent, who was next on the CD, but we were already at IHOP: International House of Pancakes. lunch was good, thanks for asking.

i just got back from watching The Two Towers in my aunt's house with mon coz.

"did you notice the gay undercurrents?" he began.

i showed a lot of self restraint - i didn't even use the word 'slash'. however, i did go through Frodo/Sam, their passage in the book, and the scene where Aragorn got to Helms Deep from floating down a river and Legolas gave him the Evenstar:

"you look terrible."
