hello. i thought to myself today: "isn't nice that you don't have to stay late to do DT anymore?" so guess what time i got home today. 7 p-bloody-m.

i originally thought that i'd go home early and maybe buy some ink, a buffy magazine (i know, i know, i have my geeky vices. and anyway, there are only 2 more buffy episodes ever, so i think i'm allowed.) maybe look for matt hales in GQ.

however, anna and alex, some DT buddies of mine were on the coach. "we're going to homebase," they said. our DT exam has something to do with garden furniture. so we went to do some research. for one and a half bloody hours. in which i managed to fall off a garden swing chair thing and have it hit me on the head. let's not forget that it's a heavy, solid, wooden thing. only i am capable of such klutziness.

after that, i went to buy some ink and peanut butter from waitrose. didn't even have the energy to go on the high road.

anna and alex went to see some film. they did not have to stay extra late yesterday, do not have to stay until 10pm tomorrow and are not exhausted.

found out at waitrose that GQ magazine is in a nice plastic wallet. how convenient. no thongs for me.

i have this theory that karlsen in aqualung.net is really ben hales. which reminds me that i saw some graffiti on a coach seat that said 'lok & ben woz' something i couldn't read. of course it could have said 'csk & ben' cos the o had something coming off the top.
