i just saw notting hill. spike was cool, so was the book shop guy who thought that julia roberts, anna scott, whatever, they look the same was demi moore. so as i was watching, i kept thinking that if i buy a book store in notting hill and employ a camp idiot for my amusement, michael rosenbaum has a good chance of wandering in, looking for turkey books. and maybe he'll be less jaded than anna scott, cos obviously he'd be much more famous by then. also i'll have to buy orange juice and acquire a sibling.

as the credits were rolling, a film four ad came on. there was a flash of a guy in a pink shower cap. i thought it was barry watson in sorority boys, then elijah wood came up and got elbowed. 'the faculty!' i thought, 'but only on film four, which i dont have.' however, when the ad went off, the nice channel 4 lady announced that "hobbit elijah wood will be on the faculty same time next week". ambiguous yay, because i'll be schoolbound by then. and i saw it several time in america.

there was no west wing, no angel and tommorrow is the last episode of six feet under. what's happpening? and i have to wait till new year for the new series of smallville, with "mrs 'porn star' luthor" and bad boy clark. horrible, horrible british television. i'm going to america. all together now west side story style: everything's free in america! for a small fee* in america!

<< *cable television: 100 dollars; meeting michael rosenbaum: priceless. >>
