arent we all blind sometimes?
26.11.2004 ~ 4:54 am

It is four hours and fifty-four minutes past, but thank you:

1. Family and all those big and little things they do for me.
2. Family and all those crazy things that they do for me to laugh at.
3. New friends.
4. Old friends.
5. Really old friends who hopefully remember me as well as I remember them.
6. People whom I met once and will never meet again.
7. People who let me read about their lives. People whom I would like to meet.
8. Six degrees of separation or less.
9. Lovers, luvahs and lover-love-lovers.
10. Secret Beauties.
11. MSN, for making the world that much smaller. (And for instant gratification.)
12. Telephones, for reproducing laughter of loved ones.
13. Webs of servers, modems, cables, telephone lines and computers.
14. Favourites, and the people who keep them alive.
15. Too intense emotions.
16. Not-so-intense emotions.
17. Songs that are all feeling.
18. Lyrics that fit perfectly.
19. Lullaby music.
20. Baselines that keep the outside out.
21. Secret dancing.
22. Not-so-secret singing.
23. Matt and Ben. (And the whole Aqualung/45s/RUTH ride.)
24. Unexpected kindness.
25. Old photographs.
26. Letters. (Sent and unsent.)
27. Hugs.
28. Hands.
29. Foreign languages and (forgotten) mother tongues.
30. Late night freedom.
31. Satin.
32. Beds and blankets and warmth.
33. Time before getting out of bed.
34. Aloneness.
35. Daydreams and fantasies.
36. Nightdreams.
37. HAHAHA.
38. Oh, the irony.
39. Overwhelming Joy.
40. Hopeless romanticism and nave ideals.
41. Bitter cynicism. (To be confused with Realism.)
42. The No Thanks list to counter this sentimental silliness.
43. Predestination and luck and God and the uncertain things.
44. Dualism and ambivalence.
45. "The only absolute is relativity."
46. Fairy lights. (And Magic.)
47. Love. Every kind that there is. (And all the Greek words for it.)
