i'm finally installing Norton Anti-Virus onto the laptop because everytime i go to a new page on Explorer, a message comes out saying "WINTOOLS.exe has encountered a problem and needs to close..." i'm a bit scared.

Last time scolded: "that's bad." i was trying to turn off a red-filtered torch but unscrewed the whole thing, revealing the white light underneath, and nearly destroying everyone's night vision.
