29th February - a rarity that only comes along once every four years. they should give us an extra day of weekended goodness just for this very, very special occasion.

i'm off for D.C. in a week exactly. don't even have the clothes for it. will freeze and be inappropriate in my purple jacket. oh, and ignorant. the panic is short circuiting my brain, evidently.

i have nothing of worth to say. except that i saw The Chamber of Secrets last night. and even that wasn't worthy. sigh.
