GCSE day 8 - french writing, maths non-cal.

forgot about them already, my mum had to tell me what i had today. she thought i did RS.

how how were the exams? french was like french. im naturally quite good at it, but ill never write masterpieces like some people. i.e. i wont fail.

maths was weird. the highlight of the exam (i know, i know) was that question 2 on page 1 featured Ben. who bought a car. im telling you, theres always a mention of Ben in GCSE maths papers. every year. last two years. no matt, just ben.

it started off deceptively easy then some questions were truly confusing. you just dont know where to start. then there was the probability question which made you list every single bloody one of the 18 different ways in which you could get two balls of the same colour. or was it counters? i don;t know and i don't care. i did it all wrong anyway. it was worth 5 marks. the obscure question was worth 4. thats a total of 9 marks lost. so far so good. so where did i get the idea that losing 9 marks would give me 81% tops? as you can see, i am totally deserving of an A*.

annoyingly, i got songs in my head. some 45s, that was okay, but then i got, from the deep recesses of my brain, a really old mandarin song that was probably translated from english, the one that goes: wo. wo yeow. wo yeow ni. wo yeow ni di. wo yeow ni de ai! ni wei she mo bu tsou guo lai? you know.

wongsiu/alison, buddy! you know what song im talkign about. thanks for the text, i got it after i came out of the exam. how was it?

no-ones updating, or leaving me notes or anything. its cos of the exams, isnt it? sign my guestbook! sign it now!

ETA: did i mention that instead of revising last night, i went and finished my japanese book? okay, so its translated japanese. sue me. its very good. i had finished kitchen already, but theres a short story at the back called moonlight shadow. its sweet, romantic, a little quirky. just like good fanfic. and i paid for it.

started revising 10:30. went to bed 12:30. eventually fell asleep when the birds started chirping. im thinking 3/4 am? no wonder i couldnt be bothered to do exams today. sorry. too tired, cant write. wait till essayville tomorrow.
